Installation

No wiring work

This article plugs into an ordinary socket. Nothing needs to be wired, and nothing needs an electrician.
Supply
220–240 V / 50 Hz
Plug
Type K (DK) — Type C/F adapter included for the rest of the EU

Built for a 220–240 V / 50 Hz supply. A plug adapter changes the shape of the pins, not the voltage — we do not ship to 100–127 V markets, and the checkout blocks those destinations before you can submit an order.

Light source

Socket
E27
Bulb included
No — ekskl. lyskilde

You will need a bulb before this fitting will do anything. We sell them, and so does every supermarket.

Maximum wattage
10 W

This is a safety limit, not a brightness suggestion. Exceeding it risks overheating and fire.

Shade material and heat

The diffuser is a textile. Do not exceed 10 W, and do not fit a halogen or incandescent bulb.

Protection rating

Indoor, dry locations only

No IP rating on file for this article. Indoor use in dry locations only. Do not fit it in a bathroom, outdoors, or anywhere it can be splashed.

Dimming

Dimmable only if you fit a dimmable bulb and a wall dimmer.

Check your dimmer model before you order. Dimmer compatibility depends on the dimmer in your wall as much as on the fitting, and no one can guarantee it across every installation.

About this one

A slim vertical body with a fabric-wrapped diffuser running most of its height. It gives a soft column of light rather than a spot, which is why the useful area is wider than the lumen figure suggests.

It needs a clear 60 cm of height. On a low sideboard it works; under a shelf it does not.
