This article plugs into an ordinary socket. Nothing needs to be wired, and nothing needs an electrician.

About this one
Four levels, set by touching the metal base: full, two intermediate steps, and a low setting that is roughly a tenth of full output. The dimming is built into the lamp, so it works in any socket and does not depend on the wiring in your wall.
The LED is integrated and cannot be changed. When it reaches end of life the fitting is finished — that is the trade for touch dimming at this price, and we would rather say so than bury it.
