No wiring work
This article plugs into an ordinary socket. Nothing needs to be wired, and nothing needs an electrician.

About this one
The Reading Floor Lamp with an 806 lm E27 bulb in the box. The floor lamp has its own integrated LED, so the bulb is not for the lamp — it is for the table lamp that is probably already in the same corner and running something dimmer than it should be.
